In the 3.6 platform upgrade we have noticed some defects around leading spaces in reports which can cause issues in the data. We need to ability to provide better versioning and locking of OM packages to avoid promoting incorrect or incomplete packages to environments.

We were actually served by IBM's Professional Services team and we did NOT have skilled/experienced resources for our implementation and we are still paying the price for that.
