Just finished up Q1 for 2019 with the TRIRIGA product. We are very happy with the software. This was our first quarter to use the Reports. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

1. Need to be able to modify payment streams that are not included in amortization without having to flow back through Accounting. Thus, to revise the lease and not have it flow to Accounting to activate. This will cut down on all the pass through items in Accounting as it has no accounting impact.
