The project that I was on was for tririga to solve IWMS challenges for a large real estate owner. The project focused on realestate building and asset management & property management with energy tracking. Maintenance was in Maximo. It is a good tool but the implementation took almost 2 years. The user interface is easy to manage and the program has a decent amount of flexibility. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The version I used was limited to using antiquated Operating systems and web servers. The only way we could work in the system was using Windows OS and Internet Explorer Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
