What I like most about Maximo is how it brings everything together. From overall fleet management and maintenance scheduling to tracking the health and providing insights of our assets. This helps us reduce unplanned downtime, cuts maintenance costs and extends the life of our vehicles. The good thing about Maximo is the interface which is user friendly and easy to navigate. What I like best about IBM MAS is the mobile workforce's ability to be enabled. I find it useful that technicians can access and update asset data, create and manage work orders, and track asset health from the field. Managing and tracking work orders manually or through disconnected systems can result in inefficient resource allocation, delays in completing tasks, and communication gaps between teams.

We've put significant focus on delivering mobile applications that enable technicians to work more efficiently while updating work orders, performing inspections, doing asset audits or working in the storeroom. The mobile applications work in both online and offline mode and we continue to look at ways to improve the synchronization process when reconnecting to the server.

What do you like best about IBM Maximo Application Suite?

I would like to say that the ease of access and use it provides is way better then the tools available in the market. It is easy to implement and apply to the assessts cordination. Whenever required it can used frequently and made available to the users. It provides excellent customer support whenever there is an issue with its variant features. I would like to say that the navigation is pretty easy as the integeration is quite simple and user-friendly. In total, it is a great product to ease productivity and management.
