Ability to track my KPIs is one of the key feature that I find particularly useful. I use Purchasing, Worker order tracking and Preventive maintenance modules on a daily basis. Maximo offers smooth and quick operation that in my opinion puts it above it's competitors. **What do you dislike about IBM Maximo Application Suite?** There is nothing in particular that i do not like about Maximo, but I believe that a few improvements in loading speed of modules can be made. At the time of this review, I am a senior analyst. I have been using it to manage our properties and equipment. My team is using it to keep track of our material inventory and to do work orders. We also use it to do predictive maintenance and to monitor our assets. My favorite thing about it is its speed and flexibility. I can quickly enter data and get a fast report. I can also export the data to Excel for deeper analysis. I have used it on a variety of different platforms, including PC, Mac, and Android. **What do you dislike about IBM Maximo Application Suite?** Despite being a comprehensive asset management solution, Maximo lacks flexible case management tools, making it difficult to engage in change management. It also has a cumbersome change management procedure and an inconvenient user interface. I have used another CMMS software where there was a feature of auto PR in procurement if the stock reaches minimum level. I think this feature is missing.
