IBM Maximo performs all the routine tasks of an IT team. Thus it helps in freeing up the IT team and involve them in more urgent tasks. Another great thing about IBM Maximo is the availability of user logs which enables a manager to check the applications that the user has accessed. Even though Maximo is a tremendous Asset management solution, it does not give us flexible features of case management, the change management process is also a bit complicated.
