**What do you like best about IBM Managed Security Services?**

We really liked the BigFix solution depth and breadth of security & compliance capabilities. Pre-built templates are very helpful to accelerate the deployment  

**What do you dislike about IBM Managed Security Services?**

Lack of out of the box integration with ITSM/ ITOM tools. We need to build a custom integration which is time-consuming
