Based on my experience administering IBM MaaS360 with Watson, the challenge is the deletion process of the users, it takes too long to delete and there are times that when I am doing a search it did not clear the search. Hopefully it will in the future. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I really think the platform has the essential functions to make it work well across the organisation, but on the other hand one function it should have would be email notifications, it lacks that and I think that is an important point to add Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

When searching devices by name and selecting all of them, there should be an option to wipe all devices in that search.

When selecting a user group and refreshing the data on the user group page, the refresh brings you back to the whole user list instead of just refreshing the user list within that group.

When selecting a device to wipe, a window pops up where you need to scroll down to click the submit button. It should not be like that.

You also cannot Tab to choices and press enter. You must click everything. It should not be like that.

When searching for users with similar names, there should be a select all option. 

When selecting users when searching by name, there should be an option to add the users that came up in the search result to an existing group.

When bulk-adding users, there should be a selection to add to an existing group.

We are wasting a significant amount of time trying to work around the above nuances of MaaS360.

I know there are ways to perform some of the tasks above more efficiently during the setup, but the above should work as well. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
