Certain functionalities of the tools were not clear from the beginning (e.g., turbonomics), for which a case was opened with the lab and the response took a while to arrive. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I would recommend having the structure of responsibilities well defined from the start of the project because, regarding observability, it was not clear who was responsible for the implementation of each tool. This was resolved in a short time, but it caused confusion at the beginning. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is IBM Lab Services solving and how is that benefiting you?

The service is a great support in the implementation and monitoring of the observability initiative, where Banco Estado seeks to consolidate information from different sources to create an environment that allows for real-time decision-making.
