A customizable dashboard is a fantastic feature. It is free for the licensing part. **What do you dislike about IBM Instana?** Dashboard designing is complicated Versus other tools like Grafana or Data dog. It is not straightforward.It is complex. There is not a lot of information available about designing dashboards and other functionalities in the form of videos to make user-friendly. **What problems is IBM Instana solving and how is that benefiting you?** Still trying to make it more userfriendly.
