# Version 11.70 - Where should look if I am having problems with triggers via a stored procedure?
Add, update and delete triggers are added to insert a record into a specific table. The first thing the stored procedure checks if if the key is not found in the table then a records is is written to to a table. For some reason the record is not inserted. This could be a Stored Procedure issue but I feel it is trigger related.
