**What do you like best about IBM Trusteer Rapport?**

Lightweight. Offers browsing protection running unnoticeably in the background. The dashboard has a link listing the trusted websites, allowing me to know if, for example, a banking website that I use, is included in the list. I like the IP address validation feature.

**What do you dislike about IBM Trusteer Rapport?**

Sometimes, after opening the browser (Firefox, in particular), a pop-up message appears indicating that I need to manually start Trusteer. This could be because in Firefox, I do not save browsing history.

**Recommendations to others considering IBM Trusteer Rapport:**

Trusteer is a lightweight added security layer to help guard against internet scams, like phishing. I have found it to be helpful. It does not seem to add any latency to the brower's response time.

**What problems is IBM Trusteer Rapport solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Added based on a recommendation from one of my banking sites. I use Trusteer Rapport to provide protection in addition to the anti-virus software I use. It is suppose to protect against increasingly more common internet threats, like phishing, screen scraping, etc.
