**What do you like best about IBM Power Servers?**

From what I heard their customer service is really good and they deliver on promise. It can be loaded with heavy tasks and continuous load and they can handle it. As there is a Linux option rather than closed infra it's easy for anyone to configure.

**What do you dislike about IBM Power Servers?**

It is simply not a viable option right now with the developed infrastructure around server racks. There are advanced heavy multithreading options and GU intense requirements that are not met properly here.

**What problems is IBM Power Servers solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We have taken a step back from using these rack servers due to abundant better options with direct cloud providers. It is beneficial for small medium and even semi-large enterprises to go with a cloud provider because of man power required in the maintenance of these machines. Not only that it needs continuous monitoring, troubleshooting, and backup of large space which combined give very low ROI.
