It has many options out of the box for a person to use and with configuration there is even more available. **What do you dislike about IBM Engineering Test Management?** Too complex for a normal team to use. There would need to be a person dedicated to its use and get training on it to get everything out of it. Installing the system is not easy and user reporting is not a mandatory feature. **Recommendations to others considering IBM Engineering Test Management:** Make sure you try to install it yourself. We have to depend on a 3rd party to keep it working for us. Be clear on what you want from them like the user reporting was not there for us. This also has a bunch of extra parts and so much can go wrong. the jazz server has been a problem and the use of java too. We've had it running for 6 months with problems here and there. Without support from an expert we've would have many problems. It also took us a month to get it implemented with the help of another company. **What problems is IBM Engineering Test Management solving and how is that benefiting you?** Making sure we have defects identified and fixed.
