Even the slightest task such as deleting something from the database takes minutes to hours. The interfaces are somewhat cluttered and look dated. **What problems is IBM Engineering Test Management solving and how is that benefiting you?** As said above Rational has excellent metrics, data reporting, and management systems built in.
