The traditional installation methods and windows based application makes it more difficult for maintaining the application. **What problems is IBM Datacap solving and how is that benefiting you?** We have solved many product level issues by working along side with IBM and we have helped them in developing their local TM model. it can also be used along with navigator application to make it suitable for scanning process ### 2.
