IBM Maximo IT enables unified IT Service and Asset Management. Dramatically improve Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) in service delivery, asset utilization, and rate of change in support of an efficient, high velocity business. **What do you like best about IBM Maximo IT?**

The best thing I like about this tool is that it helps businesses manage their IT help desk operations. Its improved IT service desk efficiency, ease of use , integration, implementation and quality are the major points that can be considered as most liked thing about IBM control desk.

**What do you dislike about IBM Maximo IT?**

There is not any major thing which I dislike but one thing I can say is that it provide limited customisation and there can be performance issue also.

It helps businesses address a wide range of challenges related to managing and delivering IT service. Also lack of performance into IT service lead to switch to this tool.

Services provided by IBM Control Desk are mind blowing. It makes work so easy. It has several management features. They have a very supportive customer service.

**What do you dislike about IBM Maximo IT?**

There are few management features which are not frequently used. More the feature more it will become difficult to understand for a begginer.

**What problems is IBM Maximo IT solving and how is that benefiting you?**

IBM Control Desk performs amazingly well when it comes to management. We often have to make changes in data which is now very easy with the help of IBM Control Desk. As an IT person, I use it a lot to manage my assests.

The onboarding process went off great.  I could not have asked for a better group of people.

**What do you dislike about IBM Maximo IT?**

So far I have not found anything that I did not like with IBM Control Desk.  I do think it would be helpful if IBM was more transparent with their services.

**What problems is IBM Maximo IT solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I am able to manage our network which gives us a passing  grade for the Federal Trade Commission.

The softwares porting and integration capabilities fall short of expectations. This poses limitations, in managing operations involving vendors.

**What do you like best about IBM Maximo IT?**

As the name suggest, it is a control desk tool but it is cloud based, which means you can control it from any device and from anywhere. That makes it different from all other control desk tools. It provides automated service management, and best service desk capabilities. It does not matter where you are or on which device you are, you can utilize it fully and can enjoy efficient service desk for handling service requests and managing encounters. It is very user friendly and you can customize your own service desk easily by using and can enjoy features fully. It can be used to generate reports keep an eye on the employees whether they are working on the tickets submitted by the angry users or not. You can build your own filters for better results for the comparison with other time of the years. IBM Control desk is perfect when it comes to notifying you about the whereabouts of your business. The support of this company also not that bad. They proved themselves quite useful when we needed them and were available until the issue was resolved. They used TeamViewer to help us and were quite friendly and responsible.

**What do you dislike about IBM Maximo IT?**

There is not much to hate about this tool but its integration with other tools is something that we cannot simply ignore. Its integration with other tools is so bad and we cannot this fact. It is one of the major drawback of this tool and developers need to work on this matter.

**What problems is IBM Maximo IT solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Briefly, other than the integration factor this tool has everything that one user can ask for and with the plus point of being a cloud software makes it a good choice for your business.

What I enjoy about the program coming from an IT infrastructure standpoint is that the service request management gives you users an efficient service desk for handling service requests and managing incidents.

**What do you dislike about IBM Maximo IT?**

No dislikes from me or my team. This helps us with our day to day productivity.  It is better than our last product.

**What problems is IBM Maximo IT solving and how is that benefiting you?**

IBM SmartCloud Control Desk will be able to provide a base platform for your IT day to day service management duties.  The major feature within IBM SmartCloud Control Desk is the ability to provide the end user with a service portal, or Self Service Center.

The IT Infrastructure Library (ITIL)-compliant software is accessible through mobile devices and integrates with social media and development tools. It helps reduce cost for my business since it has optimized asset lifecycle management.

Sometimes I have issues working with it on my Mac

I'm solving the storage and access of our precious production documents. After we finish shooting all of our productions, we digitize all of the documents and store them using the Control Desk.
