We used them for a Salesforce support portal customization project and it came out well. They came in with some best practices and helped steer us in the right direction. They listened to our requirements and designed well to them. **What do you dislike about IBM Consulting?** Had some difficulty getting resources staffed. Lots of last minute work had to be done that we didn't have time to test well do to the resource constraints. **Recommendations to others considering IBM Consulting:** Plan well in advance and start the project as soon as you can. Make sure you have your requirements defined and know what you want. ### 11.
