IBMGS performed well in most phases however they delivered a product they thought was superior, not what we wanted! They shoved a round peg into a square hole and tried convincing us it was what we needed (and it wasn't!) They came in over budget and completely under-delivered. **What do you like best about IBM Consulting?** Great project management, great meeting presence and post-meeting updates, Great executive presence, Always had a technological suggestion from one of their implementation experts. **What do you dislike about IBM Consulting?** Horrible implementation, poorly managed budget. Didn't execute on our company's vision rather they tried using a solution they thought we needed.. **Recommendations to others considering IBM Consulting:** Really understand both your environment and your product. Challenge them with questions regarding feature parity and future growth.
