**What do you like best about IBM Cloudability?**

It's the new console era. It's super fast. A great portal that you'll want to have your hands on all the time! It made it possible for our organization to scale further in terms of optimal care offered to our very own customer base. A significant increase can be seen on the sat score since we started implementing this.

**What do you dislike about IBM Cloudability?**

The FAQ articles seem to be old. Has a lot of bugs in the system. It can be challenging to make customizations and getting them off the ground swiftly. Service contract is weak when it comes to support contract management. Mass e-mail marketing campaign is absent.

**Recommendations to others considering IBM Cloudability:**

Great tool but one of the more expensive options and has a bit of a learning curve to fully utilize its potential.

The ability to navigate multiple accounts at once and generate cost reports based on tags/account/resource type. This really enables bill back by providing a repeatable report that can be provided to those that care without exposing your AWS account to people that don't need access.

**What do you dislike about IBM Cloudability?**

The learning curve to using it is high. The UI is a bit overwhelming and getting the integrations and learning how to find that data can take a while without guidance.

**Recommendations to others considering IBM Cloudability:**

Great tool but one of the more expensive options and has a bit of a learning curve to fully utilize its potential.

**What problems is IBM Cloudability solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Solving the visualization of our cloud spend split up by need/stack/environment is solved with cloud-ability. We've realized the benefits of externalizing billing access to parties that don't necessarily need AWS access.
