"Virtual Reality Cloud"

What do you like best?

First instance of cloud people were skeptical that customers would invest in CLOUD. The real kick was the performance and analitycs behind the cloud that made it a true competitor in the market. Pricing was the second portion of the deal and with competition growing, IBM marketing team really stepped it up and it has grown very well. AI is the next big step which we can't wait to use with CLOUD.

What do you dislike?

The Cost is still something that need to improve for total storage capacity cost.

What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

THe performance in amazing and Z cloud is the big benefit since the Z market has a huge footprint.

"Definitely not for a start up!"

What do you like best?

It has some robust features that I'm sure would benefit a larger business. We tried out several different software companies, including this one. This was just too much for what we needed, both in price and features.

What do you dislike?

Cost is too high for a small company. We also had a lot of issues installing and setting this up.

Recommendations to others considering the product

If you're a start up or small company this may not be the product for you, I would recommend this for a large corporation.

What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

This was tested to monitor our databses, but it didn't provide the easy to use functionality we were looking for.

What Application Performance Monitoring (APM) solution do you use?
