It's a mature product and enterprise-ready. IBM does provide easy and flexible licensing, so like if you buy IBM Software/Cloud Pak for Automation, it entitles you to use IBM Business Process Manager (BPM), Operational Decision Manager (ODM), IBM Digital Worker (smaller version of Robotic Process Automation/RPA), Business Automation Insights (BAI) for reporting and monitoring, Content Analyzer, Workstreams, etc. It also enables customers to deploy the applications in the cloud, physical servers, or VMs. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. "One of the best for business process automation" 3.5/5 What do you like best about IBM Business Automation Workflow (BAW)? Latest version of IBM BPM is v8.6. I have experience almost like 2 year on IBM BPM v8.6. IBM BPM is a mature product as compare to previous version. We have developed motor claims automation using this product. Overall experience is good. I personally recommending to use it. It has lots of features to monitor after production deployment. You can also monitor real-time instances. Realtime integration is working perfectly with other system. Service building is much easier in this product. I think this product is one of the best for business process automation.
