What do you like best about IBM Blueworks Live?

As an end user, I use BwL to review process flow diagrams created by my Process Leads. I like the following things about BwL:

-Easy to use and navigate

-Complex flows with multiple swimlanes and it can link to other processes

-Allow adding comments to the flow diagram and create your own legends

-Ability to zoom in and out (useful for large process maps with many swimlanes)

-Track activities and changes for each process

-Ability to see many different attributes related to a process Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about IBM Blueworks Live?

-I find it hard to use / buggy on Chome or firefox

-navigating to different processes can be troublesome sometimes Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
