IBM blue works live I have been using this for over few years over a few years now as an alternative for MS Visio. IBM blue works have a better user interface compared to MS Visio. It helped me to sketch the process map along with the process documents. IT also helped me to create a live document that allowed other users to edit the process flow. This also has inbuilt features to train yourself on the various options that is available in IBM live. IBM blue works live has a lot of advantages. However, there are a few disadvantages

2. The symbols are confusing a bit at times

One of the limitation of IBM Blueworks Live is its lack of integration with specific systems, it needs to be improved and the lack of documentation for BPMN. Currently Blueworks offer BPMN model execution for processing, it needs to add these modules to become a complete tool for modeling complex processes. It is missing a structured rule management, it needs to enable enhanced decisions to be able to make more complex decision as blueworks live is more process focused at the moment.
