Their paid premium customers do not get any more service than the basic service now. They are not standing by their commitment on this end. **What problems is ibi WebFOCUS solving and how is that benefiting you?** Trends with data analytics. Developers can be limited to even a single developer and can still get plenty done ### 2. There has always been bugs I've had to work around. **Recommendations to others considering ibi WebFOCUS:** This can be a great product to use for your BI needs. It's definitely a work in progress while they revamp the product for mobile first, responsive business solutions. They've made big strides with this already and continue to showcase their efforts in a pleasing manner to those of us familiar with how it needs to work as a platform. **What problems is ibi WebFOCUS solving and how is that benefiting you?** We have been able to fulfill business needs and desires for many of our business units that have surpassed what they had to work with before to accomplish their work requirements. ### 3. It appears that the application we purchased does not have the functionality we require. **What problems is ibi WebFOCUS solving and how is that benefiting you?** We are attempting to implement report automation by moving from Excel-based reporting to reporting out of BUE. Thus far, we have not realized any benefits. ### 4. It feels like they push out a product before sufficient bug testing/resolving is done. My company paid for your product, I don't want to be the tester. **What problems is ibi WebFOCUS solving and how is that benefiting you?** BI Reporting and visualizations.
