We hosted our product demonstration cum technical workshop with Ibentos this year. We do this as a physical event usually but decided to go virtual this time with a lot of hesitation initially. Thinking that a series of presentations and demonstration & can get monotonous on a virtual platform. They convinced us to do it in an interesting way and proved all our hesitations wrong. Not much. Only recommendation as ibentos keeps growing is to have a little more structure at times when managing the client project. Maybe a bit more formality with project planning and risk identifications etc.. Nothing on our project really went wrong at all and all managed to time and everything - this is just a small suggestion so it helps ibentos also keep the client accountable.
Only other thing is that, at some times, they needed to ensure deliverables should be internally checked/reviewed for accuracy before showing to the clients so update/approval calls etc.. don't get side railed by small things. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
