What do you like best about iATS Payments?

As a small nonprofit, we switched to iATS because a significant % of our donation dollars were previously going to high processing fees. We looked at many options, and iATS was the most cost-effective option for our online donation volume. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about iATS Payments?

iATS provides reports on excel spreadsheets. An interactive dashboard, well-formatted email notifications with all the donor information, and nicer-looking formatted spreadsheets would be welcomed improvements. More font and formatting options for donations and forms would also be helpful. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
