Customer service support to handle investigations is not consistent. Investigations often yield unclear/incomplete information. We cannot trust the info we are provided at face value - we have to check the info we are given. Not proactively providing info re: service updates, interruptions, etc. Something goes wrong - we have to dig in and then find out there was a system update or interruption.
