We process payments for all our events through IATS Payment System and have never had any issues with payments or downtimes. The payments deposited directly to our account along with the fees for use are withdrawn automatically...all I have to do is enter these into my accounting system. Really like the security features to enable or disable by country. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What do you dislike about iATS Payments? We have not had any issues or downtimes to report. I have had a download of a journal (I do this monthly) appear empty when I know for sure there were transactions for the month. Exiting and logging back in seems to clear the issue. I have had at time problems reconciling payments but the issue was at the users end...entered the wrong type of card (either MC or VISA) on their registration form and the card used was actually the opposite and reported as such in IATS. Enables us to link our registration form with the payment without any interaction required for the processing making this easy for our registrants to pay immediately so they know they have a place at our event. We use it to accept and process online payments. it has a great support team and it can also help you accept monthly reccuring payments without any issue. Everything is good but one thing which i think can be improved is not charging processing fees immediately i think all the processing fees should be deducted at the same time. It really helps us in accepting online payments without any hassle and the processing fees rates are also very nominal. Its a great payments solution for an organisation who are looking for a secure and transparent payment solutions system. the best part is its payments are processed on specific times and they are 100% on time always. I have faced some issues when many users try transacting at same time transactions seems to fail and the user has to wait for refund for cancelled transactions. The website is a bit laggy as well. It can process ACH transactions as well for monthly payments and its integration with salesforce makes it apowerhouse. It has a very smooth ui as well. Reports generated of the transactions are very easy to understand it has name of the users and the names are geniune as they are taken from credit or debit card. Customer support is good but the process to get or reach actual human help us very lengthy and tidous, but the time you get actual human support your query is mostly resolved in 1 or 2 working days. Its basically a payment solution which helps you accept payments on monthly basis or also individually every time. Its set up is a bit tideous it takes a lot of time to be integrated in your current system. UI is also outdated it can be mordernised as well. We just love it's functionality as it can act both as payment processor and payment acceptor. Integration is easy you don't have to do much but it can take a lot of time to fully integrate IATS Payments with your current system. Other than that I don't find any con with it. User interface is shabby and looks very old it should be updated to mordern design and at the time of payments if failure occurs than some users has reported refund takes a long time to reflect in source account.
