IAdvogar is an AI-powered practice management system for law firms and solo lawyers across Brazil. It brings clients, cases, deadlines, calendar, billing, documents, a client portal and a drafting studio together in one platform, on desktop and mobile. The AI works inside the firm's daily routine: it reads documents to fill in records, drafts documents from case data and helps organize tasks. AI suggests; you review and approve. The system never files anything with the courts, and the lawyer always has the final word. Key features: - Deadlines: calculator with court holidays for all 27 Brazilian states plus the firm's own, a dashboard of what is due today or tomorrow and, on paid plans, daily search of official court gazette (DJEN) notices by bar number. - Cases: lawsuit tracking through CNJ's public DataJud database. - Drafting Studio: AI drafts with a Copilot and a library of 400+ templates. - AI Secretary by voice and text, on every plan. - Billing: fees, installments, court costs, client payouts, proposals with online acceptance and PDF receipts. - Client portal: invoices paid by Pix straight to the firm's account; document upload and e-signature on paid plans. - Team: roles, per-module permissions and peer review of deadlines.
