They helped unravel a mess and tackled problem after problem to build a more streamlined solution. The time zone difference (US vs India) limits the collaboration hours on a daily basis. Despite a brief, undercooked start, the team pivoted quickly and decisively. They added the right resources, engaged closely, and focused on fixing issues rather than explaining them away. As someone with nearly two decades working with offshore developers, I value that “no excuses, just solutions” mindset—too often vendors rationalise delays instead of resolving them. With i95Dev, the outcome spoke for itself: our multi-entity D365 F&O ↔ Magento integration has been stable for months, and their post-deployment support has been prompt, pragmatic, and reliable. The i95Dev Connection has significantly streamlined the process of selling our products online, making it much more seamless. During the implementation process, the i95Dev team made sure that we were meeting all the requirements needed for our specific business model. Our company was looking for a solution to take manually entering emailed customer purchase orders into our Dynamics F&O system. I consulted with six different firms to find a product that seamlessly integrate with F&O and the i95Dev Connect proved to be the best solution for our business. When we first started the process, we received about 6-10 orders a day. Now with the streamlined system, we are now receiving 24-50 orders everyday through our business. I95Dev has a team of experts who get it. We don't have to teach them how we do business, they get it. This allows us to quickly get down to the business at hand. As we discuss integration work, we're able to easily understand each other and quickly implement solutions that work and add value. Direct connection from our website to the ERP system is such a huge help for many reasons. We have used several solutions and all have been complicated and restrictive. As many other reviews have stated, the lack of presence in the U.S. HOWEVER, the team is very accommodating to my time zone and its not often I feel alone when a problem rises later in the day.
