i9 Intelligence is a dedicated Form I-9 compliance and E-Verify automation platform built for HR teams managing hiring across multiple locations. Unlike HCM modules that treat I-9 as an afterthought, i9 Intelligence is 100% focused on I-9 compliance — from electronic form completion through audit preparation and government inspections. Every plan includes managed remote Section 2 verification — new hires anywhere in the U.S. complete Section 2 over a live video call with a trained i9 Intelligence compliance agent. No third-party representatives, no notary appointments, no travel. Key capabilities: - Electronic Form I-9 creation with guided completion and built-in error prevention - Automated E-Verify case submission and TNC monitoring - Managed remote Section 2 verification via live video call - Multi-location dashboard with real-time I-9 status tracking - Automated reverification alerts and document expiration tracking - HRIS/ATS integration via API - Paper I-9 conversion and legacy form migration (all I-9 versions back to 1986) - I-9 audit services and ICE inspection preparation support Backed by 27+ years of I-9 and E-Verify specialization, simple per-hire pricing with no seats or platform fees, and a compliance team that clients know by name. Rated 5.0/5.0 on the SHRM Marketplace.
