 I like its security features and way of working.

As They have offered products and services related to incident response, emergency management, and security operations.
Here is nothing to dislike.

this is usefule for teams to detect the correlation between alarms in a variety of monitoring systems for complete situational awareness.

As I read about it, I/Security helping out with day by day operations in Industry control centers that is very important in a very quicky way and yes it is reliable also.

They have to work on the User interface for a better experience

It is providing appropriate measures, communication options and monitoring mechanisms. So the advantage are optimizing the process, high scalability and unified platform.
