What do you like best about i-nexus strategy software?

What do you dislike about i-nexus strategy software?

There is a lot of capability in the tool that we are not using to our full potential. The additional capability is sometimes confusing in the initial setup. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is i-nexus strategy software solving and how is that benefiting you?

In our large, complex and heavily matrixed organisation we have a number of strategies from functions, regions and businesses. It is often difficult to communicate and coordinate actions to meet all of these objectives given these different inputs and players. I-Nexus’ X matrix has helped us consolidate, prioritise and align our objectives at each level of the business as part of our Hoshin Kanri deployment. By using the X Matrix we provide clarity and focus through the organisation to ensure that actions on the lowest level contribute to our Vision. In structuring our strategic and operational objectives we have agreed and aligned KPIs to measure performance at each level, taking corrective actions when required. In regular reviews of the KPI performance we can have productive discussion as to how to improve the way we work. The project management piece is missing some features of PM only tools. However it is much better than using a spreadsheet. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

i-nexus is a very flexible tool with many options. They are very responsive and will look for ways to meet your needs. The key to implementing any software is to understand your own needs and current processes before engaging a software. i-nexus has been very supportive in this capability. KPIs and Projects alligment. I like Bowling Chart and Projects together with KPIs. Also - Teams, Names - all in one place. Very good that there is possibility to track the savings. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

For sure - My world Dasboard is not fully developed - would be a good addtion - now - it is not used. SO pity. Additional - many filters - but hard to find what I am interested. Savings should be in graph ease to get - so pity we cannot see the graph with savings month by month. YTD, Cumulative, Savings by projects. Please - add this to My World Dashboard. What do you like best about i-nexus strategy software?

I really enjoyed how there are pre-populated project templates for us to sue when creating a project as well as how the tabs are easy to navigate. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about i-nexus strategy software?

The biggest issue that I had while using the software is that there seems to be an issue with copying and pasting content from another docuemnt into the i-nexus system. Along with this I would like to see the ability to upload multiple documents at one time to the system, there might already be this functionality baked in but I did not know how to use it.
