i-net CoWork is a team communication platform that brings messaging, voice and video calls, screen sharing, and file exchange into the browser. It supports everyday collaboration across departments, locations, and remote teams on an organization's own infrastructure. Individual and group chats, public or private channels, threaded replies, mentions, reactions, and searchable history keep discussions and shared information together. Meeting rooms support internal collaboration and external meetings through invitation links. Screen sharing supports presentations, demonstrations, and joint problem solving without a separate desktop client. Optional AI assists with translations, summaries, and custom workflows. Call transcription and summaries help teams document meetings. Organizations choose configured local or external providers; external services receive the data sent for the selected feature. Bots, slash commands, and Task Planner integration support scheduled messages and connections to other systems. The platform can run on an organization's own server or in its own cloud environment with the appropriate license. User and permission management controls access, while HTTPS and WebRTC protect communication. Server licensing has no user limit. CoWork is also available from the Store without an additional CoWork license when another i-net product has a valid license. A 90-day trial is available. Version 26.10 adds starred messages, reusable status presets, and search by message ID or link. Pre-call tests check audio and video devices and the server connection, and additional providers expand transcription options. Meeting rooms can have expiration dates, while configurable AI slash commands allow provider selection and command-specific prompts.
