**What do you like best about I-9 HQ?**

The system seemed very easy to use which was nice for our field employees completing I9s daily. 

**What do you dislike about I-9 HQ?**

Data breach issue. Also the support services were not very helpful when we had issues. Tickets took forever to be completed. 

**Recommendations to others considering I-9 HQ:**

Make sure your support tickets are handled in a timely manner. 

**What problems is I-9 HQ solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are not using the tool as of 2019.
