We have the ability to work remotely through the system and flexibility to use it in multiple ways. Perfect solution for our company which is spread out across 12 states and 300 locations! **What do you dislike about I-9 HQ?** There is nothing that I dislike about this system. **What problems is I-9 HQ solving and how is that benefiting you?** We used a compliance version that helped us review all current I-9s to be sure we were 100% compliant. This program also allows us to track expiration dates of work authorizations which has helped tremendously. And we don't have any employees who are fraudulently using someone else's SS card. ### 2. I have a Dept Homeland Security audit and it was so easy with the resources provided by I-9 management. **What do you dislike about I-9 HQ?** It is expensive and pulling data can be a little cumbersome. **Recommendations to others considering I-9 HQ:** In the event of an audit, an i9 management system is essential. **What problems is I-9 HQ solving and how is that benefiting you?** Compliance is a breeze. I am easily able to export individual i9's in the case of an audit. ### 3. Also the support services were not very helpful when we had issues.
