**What do you like best about Hyra Hotels - Hotel Booking Script?**

It is probably one of the largest collections of hotels. It is easy to navigate through various options and filter based on our preferences. We could easily locate what we are looking for. They provide GST invoices instantly which helps to book our expenses on timely manner. We implemented  Hyra Hotels without facing much issues. Plenty of options are available in the dashboard. We used to use the system frequently.  Later switched to another platform.

**What do you dislike about Hyra Hotels - Hotel Booking Script?**

Customer service is not great, it was difficult to get connected to some from the support team. After facing these issues multiple time, we stopped using their services. We integrated the system with Google workspace, but didn't get the expected output. There was multiple errors.

**What problems is Hyra Hotels - Hotel Booking Script solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Hyra Hotels is trying to integrate the hotel booking system into our existing booking platform so the user can easily view and book any hotels in a single platform. This helps us to see all the available options, compare prices and do booking in a single platform rather than navigating through various websites, comparing prices, contacting various customer service agents etc.
