Hyperstack Credential Cloud Reviews & Product Details

We have been using Hyperstack Credential Cloud for a long time to issue certificates for our employees. The platform is super easy to use and only took few mins to set it up running in our organization.

At the moment we havn't came up with any problems, the platform is so easy as using Facebook or LinkedIn Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Hyperstack has made awarding certifications so easy that we were able to reward over 20,000 users in under 10 minutes. Moreover, our users received customized personal emails. Through Hyperstack, our users found easy and efficient ways of sharing their certificates on social media, which increased the visibility of our program many-fold.

Apart from just the ease of certification, we discovered new use cases for it - We sent out designed, customized, and personalized invites for an annual event that we organized for over 100 people in under 5 minutes. Last but not least, we also really appreciate the instant support given to us by the Hyperstack team whenever needed.

We have been using Credential Cloud to issue certificates and badges for our programs for close to a year.

Ease of use:

1) The platform is straightforward to use for setting up our programs/courses, designing certificates, and issuing them to our program participants/learners.

2) So far, we have done multiple programs and issued both certificates and badges to our participants.

The Experience:

1) Our participants love this platform because they can share their accomplishments across various social media platforms such as LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, Instagram in a single click.

2) The service and support from the team have been outstanding. We are a small firm, and yet, right from the onboarding to getting a response for queries, we got white-glove service from the founders.

Not many downsides to this service, does as advertised and does it well.It would be nice to have a separate section to create official documents as well as certificates, as it would broaden the horizons of the service.
