By utilizing our platform in partnership with Hyperstack, we can impact more businesses by providing proof as merchants use our patent-pending software. It was usually a task that no one looked forward to and inadvertantly always had errors. By using this tool, our average time to do this has reduced to just a few minutes with a few clicks. The Experience: 1) Our participants love this platform because they can share their accomplishments across various social media platforms such as LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, Instagram in a single click. 2) The service and support from the team have been outstanding. We are a small firm, and yet, right from the onboarding to getting a response for queries, we got white-glove service from the founders. What took us four hours to do on an average per program can now be done in minutes. The time savings is not reflective of just efficiency but help us to repurpose efforts on high-value activities. The platform cost is so less that we never looked at other platforms once we evaluated Hyperstack. Price savings is value added The credentials are very secure. No one can tamper with them as they are issued on the Blockchain by default. Credential Cloud is the only platform to my knowledge that publishes all credentials individually on the blockchain. ### 25. When we started using more of the platform, we required more customization with our email notifications, template design, and more, and to our surprise, the platform lacked nothing.
