The fact that the verification method can be done on the Hedera Hashgraph or Blockchain was impressive to me especially with the information we are working with. Lastly their support was on point, typically you have to wait days to get a response and this team was on top of things, very personable. I hope that never changes as they grow! **What do you dislike about Hyperstack Credential Cloud?** The integrations side is lacking, I realize that the majority of the people or organizations that will use this are using a LMS platforms to integrate with. I would like to see other integration components in the future. **What problems is Hyperstack Credential Cloud solving and how is that benefiting you?** As we launch our MVP, we continuously seek new ways to set us apart. In the payments space, there are over 33M small-to-medium businesses. Many of these businesses believe they inherit PCI (payment card industry) compliance from their providers. This is misinformation, and the fines can be overwhelming. By utilizing our platform in partnership with Hyperstack, we can impact more businesses by providing proof as merchants use our patent-pending software. There, customers can visually see that the company cares and is Protecting Customer’s Information. This also will increase the reputation and hopefully increase sales for the merchants. ### 3. I spent so much time downloading and uploading attachments into customized emails, and it was so time-consuming.
