**What do you like best about HyperSnap?**

One has the ability to define hot keys that can start or stop auto-capture on their screen. These hot keys are usable while working as long as the program is running on the background

**What do you dislike about HyperSnap?**

The software opens very many tabs when the license link is clicked, I almost thought it was a virus. The software also hangs in the rectangular selection 

**Recommendations to others considering HyperSnap:**

If the prospective client does not have any other options then they can give this software a try

**What problems is HyperSnap solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Snap images are great addition to documentation and it is a good way to show clients software functionality

**What do you like best about HyperSnap?**

The following are the few points which I like the most about this tool:
- It allows us to export the images in almost 12 popular file formats including jpeg, pdf, bmp, gif, etc.
- Easy to install and use
- It offers a variety of tools to edit the captured image as per need required.

**What do you dislike about HyperSnap?**

An important feature which is not involved in this tool is that it doesn't allow to capture video of the screen.
Another area of improvement is the user interface of the tool which looks quite old and could be improved.


**What problems is HyperSnap solving and how is that benefiting you?**

This tool is used in our organisation to capture the screen and share the screenshot of the image wherever required. Maybe over the email or in a conversation, or in the description of the Jira task while raising a defect.
