**What do you like best about HyperQuest?**

That Hyperquest provides objectivity during the subrogation process. It's more black and white and keeps everyone honest during the property and casualty claims process.

**What do you dislike about HyperQuest?**

They haven't hit their stride with marketing, in my opinion. Not enough people know about Hyperquest in the day to day office side of property and casualty insurance.

**What problems is HyperQuest solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We've been solving the overpayment/overcharging of estimates during claim,s as well as having an objective look at the subrogation side of property and casualty losses.

Improves efficiency and accuracy when reviewing sub rotation demands

The rep from HyperQuest does not show how they arrived to some of their numbers with taxes

Helps us service more demands in less time and make sure we are paying what we owe
