Hyperproof helped me and my team as the external ISO 27001 auditor. It allowed my client to have all of their documentation in one place and continue to work on it via internal reviews prior to submitting it to my team. Their customer support helped my client setup the ISO 27001 framework so they knew exactly which control to upload their documentation to. The client had a very quick turn around time for implementation and was able to getup to speed very quickly. I think for a while we had an issue with the size of the files we couldn't share. I believe they were working on increasing their capacity. Also, modules can be repurposed in some ways such as turning the risk register into a POAM manager so there is flexibility on what can be done. The only issue I have seen with hyperProof is if a jumpstart is done with similar controls as it can create duplicates with no way of mass deletion. However, HyperProof is fixing this issue, and the reason why it is important as a user to test everything in the sandbox before doing anything in the production enviroment.
