Hyperproof has an easy to use user interface that ramps up quickly for new users. Navigation is easy for all levels from user to admin. Automated workflows streamline the compliance process, reducing manual effort and minimizing the risk of human error, which enhances user experience. Customer support is robust enough to get my questions answered from the FAQ's and help articles but they also have other ways to find answers via live people. There are more features we haven't unlocked yet that we could enhance out, that may cause more difficulty for users as we expand in using Hyperproof.
