**What do you dislike about Hyperproof?**

Service accounts used in hypersyncs have overly permissive access in source system when it's not needed 
Had quite a few errors when setting up hypersyncs that needed to be resolved by engineering team
Would like ability to filter on reports brought in as proof (or option to make csv / excel format)
Ability to compare 2 pieces of proof for automated control testing (e.g. comparing a terminated employee list to a user access list to confirm no terminated users appear)

**What problems is Hyperproof solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Making my team a lot more efficient - we're officially out of Excel request lists, we are gathering evidence more frequently for continuous compliance monitoring, and we are gathering some pieces of evidence automatically

**What do you like best about Hyperproof?**

Hyperproof brings structure to control ownership and evidence collection. The task feature makes it much easier to request and track audit evidence in one centralized place instead of relying on email. I also like the ability to map one control to multiple frameworks (SOX, SOC 2, ISO, HIPAA), which supports a unified control model and reduces duplication. The visibility it gives control owners improves accountability.

**What do you dislike about Hyperproof?**

The interface can feel unintuitive for new users, and there is a learning curve when navigating controls, tasks, and assessments. Some workflows take more clicks than necessary. Reporting and dashboard customization could also be more flexible for executive-level summaries.

**What problems is Hyperproof solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We have multiple compliance and audit frameworks that the same controls satisfy, but we never had a clean way to map these control across each so we can audit them once and satisfy several frameworks at once.

**What do you like best about Hyperproof?**

I like Hyperproof's automated recurring collection tasks that save me time for other things. The kanban visualization makes it really easy to track where we are in certain activities and to focus on any given stage of a project. I also appreciate that Hyperproof has lots of off-the-shelf integrations with third parties, which are easy to enable. The initial setup was very simple; Hyperproof allows importing control lists and issues from existing files with minor cleanup needed. Plus, the support staff at Hyperproof is the best in the industry.

**What do you dislike about Hyperproof?**

It is small and can be overcome, but Hyperproof doesn't use industry standard terms in its tool. This required you to learn a new term and map it to your old vocabulary. This can take time and also causes confusion when working with external parties used to proper terminology.

**What problems is Hyperproof solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Hyperproof to manage control inventories, execute audits, and track issues. It automates recurring evidence collection tasks, saving me time for other things.

What I like most about Hyperproof is its structured approach to Compliance Management and Risk Management. The platform centralizes control tracking, framework mapping, and evidence collection, which significantly improves audit readiness. The ability to link risks, controls, and remediation activities provides strong visibility across the GRC lifecycle. It also enhances cross-functional collaboration by clearly assigning ownership and maintaining accountability. Overall, it reduces manual effort and brings more transparency to compliance operations

**What do you dislike about Hyperproof?**

While the platform is robust, there is a learning curve for new users, particularly for teams unfamiliar with structured GRC tools. Certain workflows and reporting configurations could be more intuitive, and additional customization options in dashboards would further enhance usability. That said, these areas do not outweigh the overall value the platform provides."

"Hyperproof solves the challenge of managing compliance and risk activities across multiple frameworks in a structured and centralized manner. Traditionally, many GRC processes such as control tracking, evidence collection, and remediation management are handled through spreadsheets and scattered documentation, which can be inefficient and difficult to maintain. Hyperproof addresses this by providing a unified platform for Compliance Management and Risk Management, enabling better visibility into controls, risks, and ongoing compliance status.

The platform also benefits our team by improving audit readiness, reducing manual effort in evidence management, and enhancing collaboration with control owners. Additionally, features supporting Supplier and Vendor Management and Data Management help maintain organized documentation and clear accountability across the compliance lifecycle. Overall, it makes GRC activities more efficient, transparent, and scalable.

**What do you like best about Hyperproof?**

It is a very intuitive user interface for all user levels in the company.
Also is helpful to have the tracking of all evidence together in the same place, assigning tasks to the corresponding users and having reminders to them via email.
The support is amazing and helpful the times we needed from them.
We are using it to keep track of monthly assignments.
Besides the implementation process was easy.

**What do you dislike about Hyperproof?**

We have found some minor errors or bugs occasionally, but they fixed quickly. 
I would like to have more options to customize reports

Centralization of IT Compliance documentation and tracking of the task of every person with responsibilities on the process

**What do you like best about Hyperproof?**

I like how Hyperproof allows a streamlined log of individual requests and provides the status of each, along with who is responsible for each task. I'm also a fan of how it can roll-over prior year requests into the new current year. I found Hyperproof very helpful and productive. The initial setup was very simple, and I was onboarded without issue.

**What do you dislike about Hyperproof?**

I found issues with downloading proof (or attachments) but I believe that may have just been the permission access I was granted. It slowed down the progress of being able to pull down support documentation and reviewing it in a timely manner, as I needed to continuously go back to the control owner to have them re-upload it in a different manner.

**What do you like best about Hyperproof?**

What I appreciate most about HyperProof is how naturally it fits into my day-to-day workflow. It’s easy to use, which makes even complex compliance tasks feel manageable instead of overwhelming. The implementation process was also smooth, so I was able to get up and running quickly without the usual headaches that often come with adopting a new platform.

I rely on it heavily—using it around 12–13 times a day—and it consistently delivers without slowing me down. With the breadth of features available, I can manage everything from evidence collection to risk tracking in one place, which saves me from having to juggle multiple tools. The integrations are seamless as well, connecting with the systems I already use so I’m not wasting time on manual updates.

Most of all, the customer support team really stands out. They’re responsive and knowledgeable, and they make me feel supported at every step, which genuinely elevates the overall user experience.

**What do you dislike about Hyperproof?**

One drawback I’ve noticed with HyperProof is that the interface can feel a bit heavy when I’m managing a large number of controls, and that can slow down navigation at times. The implementation itself was smooth, but some of the more advanced features take extra time to fully understand, so the learning curve feels steeper than I expected. I use the platform frequently, and on days when I’m logging in 12–13 times, the occasional lag becomes more noticeable and disruptive.

I also think the reporting and analytics tools could be more robust, since deeper insights would help me make stronger compliance decisions. And while integrations are generally seamless, connecting to more niche systems sometimes takes additional effort. Overall, even though the customer support team is excellent, I wish the platform felt more streamlined and responsive to better match the efficiency of the people behind it.

HyperProof helps me tackle the constant challenge of managing multiple compliance frameworks without getting buried in repetitive work. By centralizing controls and automating evidence collection, it eliminates the manual document chase that used to eat up hours of my day. It also keeps compliance activities visible and organized, with real-time dashboards that make it easier to track progress and stay on top of what’s happening. Since I use it 12–13 times a day, the efficiency gains are hard to miss: I can move faster and spend more time on higher-value work instead of administrative tasks. Its integration with existing systems also means I don’t have to juggle disconnected tools, which reduces errors and saves effort. Overall, HyperProof turns compliance from a stressful, reactive process into a more streamlined, proactive routine, improving both my productivity and my peace of mind.

The interface can feel complex or overwhelming at first. Setting up all controls and workflows takes significant time. Some reports are not as customizable as users want. Searching for specific items can be slow if there’s a lot of data. Learning the platform has a noticeable learning curve.

**What do you like best about Hyperproof?**

Upside of using Hyperproof is an all in one tool to track your Risks, Issues, Controls for various Compliance programs and regulatory requirements.  It has been helpful to have every thing and everyone in one tool.  Security settings allow you to set up external auditors and control owners differently from the access the compliance team has.  This tool has been great for managing all the various audits that I manage as well as managing company risks via the risk module.

**What do you dislike about Hyperproof?**

The tool is a work in progress.  With that being said, the Hyperproof team is always taking feedback for features and working to build those out quickly.  A painpoint for me is not much on the Dashboards/Analytics and still can't perform Risk Assessment using the tool.  However, I'm sure Hyperproof will be looking into this soon for their clients.

**What problems is Hyperproof solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Having a central place for tracking and monitoring compliance/audit issues.
Running complete audits and storing evidence in one central place.
Having a central place for managing and tracking company risks.

I love how Hyperproof allows us to maintain a comprehensive record of all changes, and the detailed tracking of all approvers provides an organized overview of our compliance programs. The platform's ability to store all information online eliminates the need for any physical documents, and its fully automated approval process significantly streamlines our workflows. By handling our policies and procedures effectively, it ensures that auditors have easy access to review and verify our work, enhancing our operational transparency and efficiency. Furthermore, the seamless integration with Google Docs for generating online documentation means we can efficiently manage and monitor our security risks and overall compliance without disruption.

**What do you dislike about Hyperproof?**

The customization of some reports is quite challenging, and the initial setup process is not very intuitive, requiring careful attention. Additionally, Hyperproof is somewhat pricey compared to other solutions, which could make it less accessible, despite being the best option available.
