As one of the largest providers of outsourced SDR operations, we use mock calls as an important training exercise to guage how well the SDR is progressing through various levels of training. However, these mocks are time consuming for the trainer. Particularly when we have a large training class, it can slow things down. While we still use live mocks, with Hyperbound, each trainee can work by themselves to practice things like handling objections, doing discovery and closing. Mocks can also be tedious and not much fun for the participants. We have a massive audience of professional sellers. With cold email getting tougher SO many reps have turned up the volume on cold calling - but let's face it - not a skill everyone has, and ALWAYS can be improved.
