**What do you like best about Hyper-Reach Mass Notification System?**

I like that Hyper Reach is easy to use once you get some initial items (templates, mapping) set up.

**What do you dislike about Hyper-Reach Mass Notification System?**

There is too much "old" information and it doesn't let the resident know if they are trying to input a phone number that is already in the system with someone else's information. There is also no City or Village information when looking at the reports to know where the person is if they indicate they may need extra assistance with special needs.

**What problems is Hyper-Reach Mass Notification System solving and how is that benefiting you?**

This system is allowing us to reach a large number of people very quickly.
