"A great product with a wonderful support team "
4.5/5
What do you like best about HYPE Innovation Management?

Wonderful support from both the technical and the customer care teams Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about HYPE Innovation Management?

A few elements of the user interface are not as intuitive as they could be. In addition, most of my campaigns involve product design ideas so sometimes the interface is not as conducive for a submission with a lot of visuals to explain the idea. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Best low cost task management tool"
4/5
What do you like best about HYPE Innovation Management?

With Planbox, you can easily create tasks and manage them for company. The UI is very friendly, you can sort tasks by drag-and-drop, add them to group or assign it to some one just with some clicks (two actually). Also you have comments section in a tab so you can always check to see what customer or developers talks about the task.

The permission system is very good, you can decide who can access the project and the level of permissions (only read, write, manage...)

You can have the report base on hour added, worked time by monthly, weekly... and a hand full of other features but above are which I like best. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about HYPE Innovation Management?

They don't have free plan for small teams. (They had in the past but I can't find any where now) Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
