Planbox tool is very responsive and highly configurable. Depending on your appetite for customization, you can launch innovation challenges in a day. But what I do appreciate is their team members. As far as I have been dealing with them, they are highly responsive and adaptable to their customer needs. One concrete example I can share is that our privacy team requested some amendments on a contract signed 2 years ago and I was able to work with our account manager to comply right away with our team's request.

As a start up software company, there will be some bugs we encountered here and there. However, they were able to prioritize our findings in their sprints and they can address them depending on their complexity. If there was something that is not doable, our implementation consultant is able to let me know right away without sugarcoating it and we are able to come up with a workaround.

I would say that this is the regular course of doing business and is somewhat expected (to have some minor bugs being encountered).

The one thing I would like some improvement on is that we do not have a UAT environment on our account so whenever we are configuring it is always in production environment. This is ok for our used case since we run cyclical innovation challenges but for a bigger enterprise running simultaneous innovation challenges, not having a UAT environment to test the configuration changes can be limiting. Planbox has helped us automate our ideation and innovation management processes. Before Planbox, ideas were being tracked in spreadhseets or lost in emails but now we have a centralised platform to collect, assess and share them.
