It is becoming the singular portal for all of our CI Opportunities that are being identified every day. This is a first for us and seeing it in action has been overwhelming. **What do you dislike about HYPE Innovation Management?** There are a lot of technical requirements that need to be used to set everything up (if you want to administer things yourself after initial setup & Config). There were some features that required tweaking and manipulation that we couldn't test or modify on our own. The HYPE team was always receptive and willing to at least try making changes we requested. **What problems is HYPE Innovation Management solving and how is that benefiting you?** Prior to having an idea platform, each "function" had their own list of actions, projects, and priorities. Nobody knew what was going on in different functions, similar projects were being worked on simultaneously, and people had nowhere to make suggestions. They also serve a different function so you can more easily focus on making innovations that serve the purpose you are looking to fulfill. **What do you dislike about HYPE Innovation Management?** As an admin, there is a clear learning curve to adjust to the platform backend and the different customizations available. However, once that is understood it gets much easier to manage. There are also limited internal reporting options on the metrics we wanted to track, and had to resort to external options utilizing Hype's API. A few more hoops to jump through than we would have liked, but we got to our destination. **What problems is HYPE Innovation Management solving and how is that benefiting you?** Forestry is our business, so we are trying to more efficiently utilize the land we own and extract the most value from our assets while maintaining the highest level of safety and sustainability. Our ideas work to improve the production of wood products, better monitor our timberlands, and keep our employees safe wherever they're working, etc. ### 4. The UI is very friendly, you can sort tasks by drag-and-drop, add them to group or assign it to some one just with some clicks (two actually). Also you have comments section in a tab so you can always check to see what customer or developers talks about the task. The permission system is very good, you can decide who can access the project and the level of permissions (only read, write, manage...) You can have the report base on hour added, worked time by monthly, weekly... and a hand full of other features but above are which I like best. **What do you dislike about HYPE Innovation Management?** They don't have free plan for small teams. (They had in the past but I can't find any where now) **Recommendations to others considering HYPE Innovation Management:** If you want to finding a management tool for your team then Planbox is the obvious choice with a very low cost. **What problems is HYPE Innovation Management solving and how is that benefiting you?** We provide modules for Magento sites and we used some project management systems before but we are stuck with Planbox for now. It make our life a lot easier with tracking which one doing and how much hour he in the tasks.
